The staff, especially Heather at the front desk, made me feel right at home, welcoming me with warmth that reminded me of my Irish roots. The plush bedding offered a comforting embrace, ensuring a solid night's sleep after long days of exploring. Breakfast was a delightful spread with options aplenty, proving to be a lovely start to each day. I did notice that the hotel's cleanliness could use some attention, particularly in maintenance, as I encountered some noise issues from neighboring rooms that disrupted my tranquility. Despite this, the overall comfort and friendly atmosphere made my stay enjoyable, providing a serene refuge during my travels. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a balanced experience of convenience and warmth in Miami.
